Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.

An oral suspension containing sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, and calcium carbonate is a medication used to provide rapid and effective relief from symptoms of: 

• Heartburn (a burning sensation in the chest)
• Acid Reflux and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) (stomach acid flowing back into the food pipe)
• Indigestion (discomfort or pain in the stomach after meals)
• Hyperacidity (excess stomach acid)
• Acid regurgitation 

The medication works by using antacids to neutralize stomach acid and forming a protective, gel-like barrier (or "raft") on top of the stomach contents to physically prevent acid from rising into the esophagus

Esomeprazole+levosulpiride is used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Gastroesophageal reflux disease occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus); this causes acidity, pain and heartburn.Esomeprazole works by preventing the production of stomach acid. Levosulpiride works by increasing the stomach and intestinal movement and preventing the backflow of food and acid into the mouth.
